We are delighted to announce that Greg Foot will be the host for Coolest Projects North America. Greg is an amazing science presenter with tens of millions of youtube views and multiple TV series with the BBC. This isn’t Greg’s first Coolest Projects either, back in April he hosted Coolest Projects UK in London. He was so inspired by the websites, games, apps and hardware projects on show, that he can’t wait to see even more wacky and innovative projects in the Discovery Cube Orange County, Santa Ana, California on 23 September.
Those in attendance at Coolest Projects North America will be in for a treat as not only will Greg be hosting the Awards ceremony, he will be presenting his ‘Deep Ocean Lab’ session too. Discover the deep sea with Greg as he shows you the high-tech submersibles that took him down a crazy 1000ft into the ocean! You’ll also get a chance to meet creatures he brought back from his adventures!
If you are a young tech creator in North America involved in a Dojo, Code Club or other Raspberry Pi Foundation initiative and haven’t already signed up to enter a project in Coolest Projects, what are you waiting for? Sign up now at: coolestprojects.org
Travel stipends are also still available to help get you to California! Don’t let distance get in the way of you showcasing your coding talent and apply for your stipend today! Applications for stipends close on July 31st.
