Volunteer

In order to run an amazing event for the hundreds of young people who attend and present at Coolest Projects, we need volunteers with a wide variety of skills, non-technical or technical!

Volunteers help with many different aspects of Coolest Projects, such as assembling the event space, greeting and registering participants as they arrive, helping out with social media, assisting young people with setting up their projects, and supervising recreational areas. Volunteers are typically allocated a role and briefed on the morning of the event.

The recruitment of volunteers usually begins at least 8 weeks before each of the Coolest Projects events. Volunteers will be required to sign up by filling out a volunteer form, which will be available on the Coolest Projects website.

Applications for volunteering open on the 25th of March and closes on the 21st of April 2019.

Contact us to apply and a member of the Coolest Projects team will receive your application and respond to you about the next steps.
